Country Roads Motorsports will be represented in the Elite Racing Rich Mar Florist Indianapolis 500. Hank Steinmiller was able to put the SportShift Media/G-Force Sim Racing car in the field with a 21st place qualifying effort. With 44 entries vying for 33 spots, it was anything but a guarantee. The first two attempts by Steinmiller went awry, with both ending in a damaged car and a non applicable 4 lap average. On the third attempt, Steinmiller was able to put down a 4 lap average of 39.357 seconds that put him solidly in the field.
CRM hasn’t competed much on the IndyCar circuit but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to race in such an in depth event. The first goal was to make the race, the next will be to complete all the laps. We’d like to thank all our partners and we hope to make you proud. You can catch the race on Speed51 esports webpage, speed51.com, on November 14th at 12:30 pm est.
